TCC is also the local agent for the   American Franklin Electronic Dictionaries and other leading brands, such  as  the  Najm,   Al-Muhaffiz and  Scholar.

These Dictionaries are vital tools for anyone dealing with the English Language.

Since they are pocket-sized, and run on batteries, they can be carried anywhere. Also, unlike paper dictionaries, electronic dictionaries are able to give definitions instantly.  Other functions include spelling correction, grammar help, pronunciation guide, word games and many other helpful features. Furthermore, the speaking models allow the user to hear any English word as pronounced by the native speaker.

In order to be even more helpful to the user, the dictionaries are also equipped with Personal Organizer, calculator, Gregorian and Hejri Calendar, Telephone directory with password, Metric Systems and Currency conversions.

The Technical Care Center also has a professional workshop for the maintenance and repair of all types of electronics. The workshop is supervised by the General Manager, who is an Electronics Engineer with many years’ experience in the field. It has a crew of technicians specializing in the repair of Video Games, installation of Central TV antennas, Cable TV, Language Labs and Intercom Systems.
